Oh and another thing on the subject of Florida: MCO/Orlando is one of the biggest tourism destinations in the US. It should have one of the tourism boosts.
MCO has lots of enplanements in real life (and presumably got to be a 7 in-game for that reason), but it's mostly not because the city is a hub, but instead because it's a common final destination for tourists. Walt Disney World, the most common attraction in Orlando, gets about 50 million visiters per year, which does a lot to explain the huge number of people flying in.
