Missing Airport: Louisville International Airport

The Louisville International Airport is currently missing and is a large airport with around 4 million annual passengers, located in the biggest city in Kentucky.

Could this get added in the next iteration or something?

Please take note that adding new airport might require quite a bit of work, I will try my best :D

Also take note that this game is open source, so feel free to modify (create PR, a bit technical, if you are unsure then we might have to wait when i have time lol)

The are extracted from http://ourairports.com/data/  That website also contains explanations of the CSV. If the new airport is already on that list, then just let me know and i will try to update the whole CSV file (which is easier)
