North Sea Air here, my two main bases currently are Hamburg and Vnukovo, which means that especially Russia and Germany are my main focus areas.

I am open to recommendations and suggestions for where to fly to both internationally and regionally!

Welcome North Sea Air!

Air Koryo within our alliance is currently #1 in Russia so perhaps you might want to focus on other countries that our alliance is not yet #1? :D

Yeah, fair enough. To be honest, I only am there because it was my best option for domestic routes, and this was before alliances became a thing!  :D

I could try to expand into East Africa, it seems fairly empty so far. Alternatively I can start flying from Nigeria and add some West African airports to our network? Cowdypac has some flights there but they are exclusively to and from Morocco and South Africa, some extra flights in this area could really increase demand for his flights there too, if I haven't misunderstood how Alliances and connection flights work that is!

I've got a couple of planes coming in order to feed LAX and CMN. I also just set up shop in SJU in order to feed the Caribbean and Northeastern South America

Ya but East Africa could be very tricky as most of those countries have pretty low income and some aren't even open to foreign airlines. It could be a pretty risky market :) what about expand a bit more in Europe? I think some European countries might be good targets? Hmm i dunno Europe that well as I pretty much skip France and Germany. Any ideas? Alliance friends? ;)

I'll give Germany a bit of a go then, it is the country where I started after all!

As Patson said, Africa is very low income.
I have try setup route from Morocco to the eastern Africa, but it keep losing money.
I have setup hub in USA and create large demand, and the route is better now.

Nigeria and Egypt are the best option for you to setup hub,
but the Reputation point for Egypt is too low.

South America countries have more Reputation points than Africa.

But I think you can consider one of the Northern European countries, and setup a route to west coast.
You should able to create a route with few thousand passengers.
and a first or second place of these countries should give you enough points to the next level.

Thank you very much for all this information! The Scandinavian countries do offer some nice opportunities that I hadn't considered yet.

Good, Can I send flight to your SJU hub from Europe? Which much capacity can you handle?

Absolutely. I've got the capacity to handle quite a lot in the Caribbean.

CP I just launched EWR-SJU and am getting quite an impressive feed from you!

I've got about 4k worth of seats on CLT-ATL to feed your ATL hub!  :)
