Also removed 2 inactive airlines from the alliance. Now there should be alot of good cities open up for bases, please check!

Meanwhile I am going to feed alliance bases with new international routes from asia and USA to europe.

I am flying to Hamburg and Bermingham (UK) now. Anywhere else I should connect to? :D

I have a base in Heathrow and I'm #2 in Italy (not far from #1), have a small base in Miami and a HQ and #1 in Brazil. I currently have 35 champ points.
I've applied to join your alliance, please consider it, thanks!

Thanks!
Do you have any specific plan to follow or should I just keep pushing on countries that we aren't strong?

I'm just up the road with a hub in Charlotte. I just dumped a lot of capacity on the CLT-MIA route so you should start to see some good feed from that.

I just set up shop in OAK in order to try and get some traction on the west coast and feed some Asian alliance cities. I know AC is across the bay in SFO so I don't plan on getting too big there. I also have a focus city in MCI, SJU, and BOG

Competition in South America is a bit too fierce and i might need to focus on my north america market more....Thinking to remove the Lima base. Anyone interested in taking over that base?

Also where in SA should I be flying to from my North America bases? Sao Paulo of Bluesky? :)

In SA we have Rio(Cowdypac), Guarulhos(Bluesky) and Bogota(Jetblue).

I have a gigantic domestic network in Brazil, so your pax would probably have almost every destination in Brazil covered but a lot of flights are filled to capacity already (most airports are too small to anything bigger than an 767), but you could probably make a lot of money from that.

Lima would be nice, in the earlier days I almost risked opening a base there but I had no way to compete with you and didn't try it.
At the moment, I'm doing a big reorganization since I got #1 in Brazil and Italy, my profit margin is only ~10% because I was focusing in quantity and not profit, so I'm getting rid of some not so profitable routes to have a higher margin and don't want to expand right now.

I'm in Bogota trying to build up. It's a blood bath that much is certain. I'm using my north american network in order to prop up my South American expansion until I can build up some loyalty

I just picked up #2 in Colombia, #3 in Venezuela, and #1 in Ecuador

Man, I forgot to remove that route, I had that before entering the alliance, sorry!
Yes, I can pick it up if you want, and if you want I can remove that route as to not compete with you.

It's yours. I'm going to keep a token presence in order to keep my numbers of for the hub but let me know when you have the capacity and i'll pull some flights

Adjust price and business/first class configuration if you are flying to my hubs with Lounge :)

I have built Lounges in all most of my hubs (except Shanghai and Guangzhou which servers mostly domestic and regional flights), therefore you will see an increased demand on business/first class demand flying to those airports.

Please also adjust the ticket price - if u just go (-) then (+) it will keep the current ECON price but adjust the business/first class ticket to a higher price with lounge service taken into consideration (hence increasing your profit on those routes)

My Lounges are at:
Tokyo (Haneda)
Beijing
Vancouver
Toronto
Singapore
Sydney
Los Angles
Boston

Thanks!!!
