I have implemented this a month + ago , but forgot to patch it to the actual game lol 

And I applied that to the actual game just now!

You will see a new charm - "unplugged" icon:

Condition:
Airports that have lower population and away from other major towns

Effect:
Major boost of demand from those smaller airports to bigger airports within certain range


This is added on the fact that residents in those smaller isolated towns are more likely to travel to bigger towns close by.

Examples:
From Fairbank to Anchorage in Alaska
Inland towns in Western Australia to Perth etc


This makes routes flying to smaller towns more feasible

Looked at the code, isolated towns only seem to work on short haul domestic flights. Could you change it so it has an effect on other types of flights too? Plenty of isolated towns don't even have another airport in the same country (like the small island country), or maybe they do but not within 1000km (like the north of Norway). Now many of the isolated town charms are useless, which throws off the players.
