Routes limitation
« on: November 26, 2018, 07:26:58 am »
With the limitation of routs that we are able to open from one base, I now have heaps of money but am unable to spend it.
I don;t want to open new base (4th base) i was only hoping to have 2, but was pushed to open 3rd one. And now with airports taking away my free slots (despite the fact my airline awareness is 100 and loyalty 44, 50, 55) I am unable to open new routs.
Can you see now that this limitation don't work, and make you stall at some point in game. So what that i have money? My domestic routs I have don;t need to be upgraded with better plane. I replaced any planes that needed it. I have $241'000'000 that i am unable to spend, because without new base, I am not going to be able to open more routes.

Everyone, even big airlines will get to that point in game where this is it, end of the game. Small airlines faster than  big airlines, but eventually everyone will be at that stage.

And the process of taking away free slots? What is that about? My airline is progressively growing, getting customers, loyalty and awareness, yet airport still took the slots away.

I really see big potential in this game, but current limitation make it unplayable after couple of wees.
Can this be changed? There shouldn't be a need to open new base just to get more options for routes? How does this reflect real world, and users who would like to for example try to get same kind of airline as BA, Lufthansa or Virgin Atlantic. Literally impossible.

So I enjoyed my time here (3-4 weeks) but my airline cannot progress anymore.

Airports are taking your slots because your quality is lowering (aging planes maybe?)

The route limitation is simply there to not allow bigger airlines to have every route in the world.

The dev (patson) is very open to suggestions, if you have an idea of a better system you can tell him.
