I heard your concern Vani! It is indeed hard for big airline to reach quality level perhaps over 80.  ;D

For major players that want to reach bigger audience,  it is by design to make it hard to maintain extremely high quality, this is to avoid the big ones dominate every so that it still leaves for smaller airlines - that some smaller airlines can go for extremely high quality (like those airlines that only do business/first class services with small airplanes) which still maintain profitability

I do agree that we need to add more elements to allow bigger airlines to lay their strategies differently based on various situation. That's why we have rolled out the more realistic passenger model and more diverse passenger behavior in last release.

Moving ahead, we will surely add more elements to make the game more challenging (and rewarding) for all players new and established ones alike ;)

I think lounges should give service quality points. It's so hard for a big company to increase the service quality, so a small boost will be nice :)
