Madrid is the largest airport in Spain and a global hub. How come that regional airports like Alicante and Malaga have a higher scale than Madrid? Madrid should be scale 7 or 8 (Barcelona is scale 7 which is good as it is just slightly smaller than Madrid) and Alicante and Malaga should be scale 4 or 5.

By the way Valencia is only scale 2 and should be much bigger, it is about the size of Alicante and Malaga, maybe a little smaller but not much. Valencia should be scale 3 or 4.
