1. Flight frequency is no longer truncated per airplane then times number of airplane. Instead, it will be truncated after the multiplication. End result: You might be able to fight some more flights with less airplane. The effect is probably more obvious for long haul flights.
For example:
If a long haul flight used to offer 2 extra flights per airplane, which the calculation could have given each airplane a 2.8 frequency - but due to truncation per airplane, it ended up giving 2 extra flights per airplane. Therefore if 10 airplanes are assigned, the max frequency was 2 * 10 = 20 times per week.
Under new calculation, the max frequency will be 2.8 * 10 = 28 times per week.
2. More cities in India and Mexico especially for India. More population coverage for airports and increased champ points for those 2 countries due to the change
3. More pop for Bermuda. The Airport should start showing. Some extra tourist charms for some Carribean airports
4. Added Boise Airport
5. Dublin Airport increased to scale 5
Maybe some other minor charm/UI changes that I forgot.... ::)
