Is there any way to see the age of aircraft in your fleet? I've been expanding but still have the first a/c I purchased and have noticed my reliability has been suffering. Guessing it may have to do with the old planes? Is there any way to see this so I can sell them and purchase newer ones?

After clicking the airplane tab, click on the model u own, on the right u should see "Inventory" with the aircraft u own for that model, click on the airplane icon in inventory, it show show details of that aircraft :)
If it's too old u can simply click "replace" button in the details and it should replace ur old aircraft with a new one w/o having to reassign

Extremely helpful thank you! Is there any way to increase your maintenance budget or refurbish aircraft to increase there reliability or condition?

There used to be a maintenance funding option but i removed it cause it doesn't make the game more fun...it just kinda adds complexity w/o anyone using it :P
The only option right now is replacing an aircraft. It's relatively cheaper if u replace it at young age (since the resell value is higher). Though as a rule of thumb airplanes usually run OK with condition 40%+, when it drops below 40% you will see a little exclamation point next to it - as it will break down more often below 40%. If it's below 20% it will break down even more often up to the point that the route might not be profitable and your airport loyalty will be hurt due to frequent delays and cancellations
