Title: Route termination notice not removed

When you rebuild your airline, route termination notices (due to low load factor) are not removed, the log will stay there indefinitely since you can't improve the load factor of stale routes.

Sorry, I thought it only happens when you rebuild airlines. Just realized that it also happen when you manually delete the link.

Is it still happening? Last patch should have fixed it ?

Yes, the last patch fixed the case when you rebuild your entire airline, but this time I deleted a single route.
