Title: !!Important!! Service Quality change!

Service Quality now drops much more rapidly when funding is cut off - so make sure you have enough cash reserve!


Also the way of tweaking Service quality has been changed:
The desired Service Quality Level is now set directly, and a projection of weekly funding will be provided.
