Downgrade base

I somehow accidentally upgraded one of my bases more than I thought I had, and now have 138 free slots. Perhaps there could be a way to lower the level of our base in order to save on upkeep and free up unused slots?

Kekeke sure . O well when there are alot of missing features and this is probably one of them.  To make coding easier one will only be able to downgrade if the slot balance is not negative after the downsizing

Has this been implemented yet? I upgraded my base and then realised I don't need it...
