Adding an option to "Rebuild Airline" instead of going bankrupt

Also a new check is added to prevent an airline from going bankrupt/resetting IF the airline is the LEADER of an alliance. Such an airline has 2 options : either promote someone else in the alliance as leader or drop from the alliance(which essentially will disband the alliance)

The end result is pretty much the same as bankruptcy except that the airline get to keep some assets:

The new balance would be
1. All airplanes will be sold
2. All bases will be demolished, will get 20% of the value back
3. All loans will be repay early (with early repayment penalty)
4. All oil contracts terminated with early termination penalty
5. Existing cash

1 + 2 - 3 - 4 + 5 will be the new balance

A breakdown of each of the items above will be shown in a popup or something

I just went bakrupt with my test-airline yesterday! I had 570m cash from three routes running for half a year! Why cant you announce that a day earlier
