Airline Club

The problem with the first two is that they only work, if there was an effective way to prevent people from having more than one airline. Else you could just start with several and merge them later by paying not much. Also with the first one you open the possibility to boost other players by selling them very cheap planes. Another problem with the merging is the current hub limit (no idea how this will be in v2).
