As title. Country affiliation will be next on the list. Hopefully this provide a better coverage for country relationship than the current database

Hmm did some initial work on affiliation but it's actually very hard to get it right. And I am wondering if that would enhance the game by much at all.

On the other hand I feel like market openness might already been doing a pretty good job affecting negotiation difficulties
