thank you very much, will be very helpful. all routes are green now and at 100 %, have 3 aircraft so far, so a long way to go, but pace of the game suits me.

Hi. I am very new as well but i figure I can still help with this. When i started a few weeks ago all my routes were red too. I think this is due to your airline reputation and service quality being so low. I dont know if this is the best plan but it worked for me.

- Lower ticket price. You can raise it back up again in a couple days. The lower price will help attract customers which will increase your airline reputation.
- I didn't fly fewer than  3 flights a week to any airport. I think more consistent flights will also help build the loyalty and awareness of your airline at the destination.
- Under the office tab there is a gear next to a field called Target Service Quality. I typed in 10 and clicked the green check mark  to accept the new value. Overtime, but relatively quickly, your airline service quality will increase to match this value. Start small as the higher numbers will be costly.
- After a day or so I went back and started bumping up my prices a click or two. If my utilization stayed at 100% I bumped it up again.
- I started with the Embraer EMB120 Brasilia plane. Im not sure if its "best" but it was the first one that had a lot of people using it.
- Initially I stayed away from routes with competition but i've found that its entirely possible to still fill all my capacity on routes with lots of other people. Probably because I am still so small but point is, dont be afraid of good routes with competition.

I was in the red for a little while but soon the higher awareness and service quality let me bump up my prices to the point where i was making money.

I am at first step in the "Airline Club" world.
I have some doubt...hope you may clarify as I ma not able (sorry!!!) to find a complete tutorial or stop by step help.
1 - I choose my airport's HQ
2 - I buy a plane (Fokker 100) with a "4 week delivery": Does it means I have to wait 4 (virtual) weeks before to get in fleet?
3 - I open 4 routes however I sit not see any figures; This is because I still do not have received the aircraft?
4 - I have enough money to buy a second aircraft....Why I am not authorized to do that? Why I can NOT buy "used" aircraft?
5 - Where I may find a list of my aircrafts? ordered, in fleet, stored...there is a "virtual" hangar with all those informations?

Welcome to the game!

- 4 weeks means 4 virtual weeks, usually that translate to around 4 hours RL time
- U didn't see figures - probably due to the an issue we had earlier on that the simulation is not progressing. It should be fixed now?
- If u hover over the disabled "buy/order" icon, it should tell u the reason - likely that u cannot own more than x different airplane family when your airline grade is too low
- U can find ur airplanes in the Airplanes table, u have to select the model first and one the right side u can choose inventory/base then u can see your stock. u can also sort the airplanes list on the last column and it should show the numbers u owned/under construction etc

Title says it all, airports in the Hawaiian Island chain should have update population numbers, here's what I could scour from Wikipedia:
Lihue (LIH) - Island Population of Kauai is 72,000 and this is the only commercial airport serving the island.
Honolulu (HNL) - Island Population of O'ahu is 976,372, and this is the only commercial airport serving the island.
Molokai airport is actually correct, since the island itself is so small.
Kahului Airport (OGG) - Island population of Maui is 154,834, and this is the only commercial airport serving the Island.
Kona Airport (KOA) - Serves the western side of The Island of Hawai'i and a majority of the tourist resorts, I couldn't find exact numbers but Hilo is larger population wise while Kona is larger tourist-wide, so maybe a 1/3rd 2/3rd split of the island's 187k population would suffice, with a tourism bonus to Kona
Hilo Airport (ITO) - As stated above, a majority of residents live and work on the Hilo (eastern) side of the big island.
